*Disclaimer: The photo is not of my apple rose tarts (because they were eaten too fast) so this is from Google*
Ingredients
- 4-6 Apples (which ever you want)
- Puff Pastry sheet
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 sugar
- cinnamon
- sugar
Steps:
- Cut the apples into thin half apple slices
- Put the apples in a bowl with water and food coloring if you wish.
- Microwave for 3 minutes to soften.
- Slice the puff pastry sheet into 6 even pieces.
- Put raspberries and 1/4 sugar in another bowl and microwave for 9 minutes for a jam.
- Line the half apple slices with peel on the edge of the puff pastry.
- Spread jam, cinnamon, and sugar across the puff pastry and apples at your discretion.
- Fold up half of the puff pastry and roll into a circle.
- Oil muffin pan and put puff pastry in individual muffins.
- Bake in 400 degree over for 20 minutes.
The only complaint I have is leaving the seeds in from the jam. I don’t like seeds and it got stuck in my teeth. But otherwise quite yummy. My confidence is getting better. 🙂
